The TRW1 Recovery Tracker is a standalone battery-powered tracker using GPS and SigFox. The function of the tracker is to lie dormant until the device is put into tracking mode.

The TRW1 will check-in to the server at a regular (programmable) interval supplying health and orientation status. Optionally the tracker may be fitted with an accelerometer to detect motion.

If the device needs to be located, the server callback will instruct the tracker to go into tracking mode with the parameters of position interval and tracking time. At this point the TRW1 will activate GPS and send GPS position at the interval specified.
